I to experince the same problem. My leopard gecko eggs also have these tiny bugs. There doesn't seem to be a lot of them. The eggs should be fine just make sure you keep them right side up. A good trick would be 2 draw a small circle with a red marker so you can see that it stays in the same position that it was laid.
