Really sorry to hear about your bad season. Not sure how true it is but believe snakes were also laying very late this season, wondering if it has something to do with us not have much of a winter? I didn't breed this year but my poor female still decided to drop some eggs. Not sure how i would have...

Doesn't R500 seems a little low then? Most thermostats go for about R400?

RC-116 Thermostat issue?

Breeding Info

Hi All,

Could anyone possibly shed some light on the process to breed balls? I have done a search and ended up with 600+ results for this section and all the internet posts/ care sheets related to the northern hemisphere...

Any info on this would be greatly appreciated!

Best advice i can think of is find someone who would be doing the trip and ask if they have space/ capacity to help you. Courier charges on something like that will most likely be more than what you paid for the tank... Good Luck...

Thanks Ryuu for the above info, have wired up the rack and everything seems to be working.

Where is the best place to put the probe? I currently have it strapped to the heat cable protruding out the back of the rack. Would this be ok or it it better to keep it in the rack somewhere?

Wiring for a rack

Morning all, I was just hoping for some confirmation, I just finished building a rack, learnt a hell of alot in the process. All that is left to do is wire up the heat wire to a thermostat. I had to use 2 pieces of heat wire so i would just like to know, do I just loop these together to make 1 verrr...
