Snakes are out Early this year. Within 100 meters of the lodge we have caught and released 9 spotted skaapsteker, 3 cobra and one black mamba. We remove them from where our guests are relaxing and take them a kilo or so into the bush where we release them again. This weekend is going to be a cracker...

Dams are in full swing and we are planting reeds and water Flora all along the edges.
Did Not introduce anything, but the frogs are singing in the evenings and we have a pair of geese now making nest on the island.

Just to make sure every one understands. Its R500 per person per night! not for the weekend! Deposits secure your room. We can accomodate 8 couples (16 people) if they want private rooms.
