Hey Everyone, sorry forgot to add this to my previous post-please no venomous reptiles, we have to be able to breed them at our age.

Re: Caught in the act now what

Well usually you drop the temps for the males sperm count to increase and to act as trigger for a breeding response, so as I said earlier just keep pairing them as you would have and do exactly as planned. Just out of curiosity what type of ball pythons????

Re: Caught in the act now what

Well, it's not impossible maybe just keep on reintroducing the male normally but begin the cooling period, and look out for signs of ovulation (pre shed etc...)
Did you want them to copulate? Lastly, what temperature have you been keeping that at, specifically the male????

Answers needed

Hello Everyone,

Hope you are all good, and are having a festive season ;)

I have one question, that I cannot get off my mind: Which provinces in South Africa is it illegal to keep and breed ball pythons?

Thanks,

DmD

Re: Feeding question?

The one female, switching to freshly killed. My pastel male however, will only eat live. Trying to change but he is stubborn. If you can start feeding a hatchling, definitely thawed or freshly killed
