Re: Hypo Female Finaly Gravid

They have all shed and eaten. There are some nice pastels in between the bunch.
They will probably be available within the next week or so.

Re: Hypo Female Finaly Gravid

Hi there guys. Just an update. I snapped a few pre-shed photos. Some of the babies have each shed and chowed since the photos were taken.
Enjoy

Re: Hypo Female Finaly Gravid

The tails are said to be lavender. Weird thing though my wife has no idea of boa genetics, infact shes never liked snakes until we got married and she had no choice but to like them. Any way she said some of them look like the have lavender colored tails and according to http://www.blumenboas.com/bo...

Re: Hypo Female Finaly Gravid

Hi Westley, thanks man.
I still have no idea what the markers are for Anery in the babies. So need to do some research to make sure that they are in fact only normal.

Re: Acquiring a Cape Cobra-Eastern Cape

Local-lover you do know that the snakes you have kept are quite different to Cape Cobras in the way the act and react? What other experience do you have with snakes?
I think you might struggle to get permits for Cape Cobras in the Eastern Cape but I do stand to be corrected.

Re: Hypo Female Finaly Gravid

Well the countdown is going slow. Its 4 days till the estimated due date. She is stretched the whole length of the tank and fat as hell. She has lost a lot of condition during the whole pregnancy and is quite on the thin side. Very excited to see what pops out when she eventually does pop and then s...

Re: Hypo Female Finaly Gravid

It is now 11 days before her estimated due date.
She is laying stretched and flattened out all day. She seems very uncomfortable. Tail flicking side to side like a cat.
