No hating...just an observation. True: both are very good at what they do. She could atleast not do the same pics as him. It just not...how to put it...ethical.

@ roadkill456... before you go around making your "observations" you should know that the painting was started before I even knew that Ferdo painted. I had never seen any of his work and so would not have known about "his" picture. If a pic is off the net, it is free for anyone to use as they please, and as for painting privately of things I choose to paint, I will do so as I please, unless asked otherwise. For those who liked the painting, and were interested in it, thank you. For those who cannot say something nice... rather don't say anything at all. In future, I will keep my collection private as I do not need unkind remarks.

And to add, you may even wan't to ask Ferdo himself about the painting and its source and so forth, as he saw it in the very beginning stages, and had nothing bad to say. He did not have a problem with my painting as he could see that both were very different.

Thank you

Shneaky,
On this specific painting you have my vote. It is an amazing work of art and even more so in real life.

Thank you for the kind words, Reptiles Unlimited, Imperial Exotics, Charl, mmwc, spider and those who took the time to admire the work instead of criticise the origin. I will gladly show YOU my future work, don't worry about that.

Time to start again :)

You are going to get criticism, its what happens. Deal with it. You cant always impress everybody. Moral of the story...its frowned opon when you so closely copy anothers work, espesially if you are familiar with the person. Seems like your 'nic' is very suitable. I'll leave it here...
