I'm just guessing as I know very little abot inverts, but it looks like a Spitting Spider.

From the genus Scytodes.

Westley is correct Scytodes scytoda unless it has been renamed. Harmless spiders, pretty numerous in households, they do not make a home web, but wander around hunting for small insects. If you can get nice and close to one, get hold of a live mozzie with some fine forceps and hold the bug in front of the hunting spider, and watch what happens. It can be quite enthralling seeing how they "spit" their web at the insect to trap it.
