Interesting spider ID

Hello

I'm hoping that you guys can help me Identify this spider:

Image

I found her in our kombuis the other day, she had made a web which had to destroy to catcher, and relocate her to the garden.

There's also this other spider which I assume is the same species, that has been living in our garden for the last week or so:

The spiders appear to be from the family Pisauridae, but as far as I know spiders from this family mainly make webs when their eggs are about to hatch,
and there is no evidence of any eggs, or baby spiders in this web.

You are correct, it is one of the Pisauridae sp.. I have a lot in my garden that keep webs going throughout the year.
