Here's a picture of a baby leucistic retic. These become perfect, bright white after a few shed cycles.

They are the only leucistic snake that retains their irridescence. Very special, I think.

This is the ivory phase retic, a different expression of the leucistic gene.

WOW, those look great, I prefer the Leucistic but both are really nice!
When was the 1st Leucistic hatched, only recently or have they hatched in previous years already?

The first ones were hatched two seasons ago. Is it possible for you to import retics?

They look absolutely amazing! What morphs were the parents?

Those look amazing!

Bob, welcome to the forum!

Myself as well as others have imported retics before so they are definitely allowed. The only problem is not many will be able to afford those. LOL

Hi Bob and welcome to the forum.

These are beautiful snakes!

When breeding 2 platinums together what are the chances percentage wise of hatching leucistics and ivories? Can one expect more or less half the clutch to be a mix of ivories and leucistics and the rest platinums and normals?

And does this gene work more or less the same as your albino line with the whites, lavenders and purples where a platinum can be compared to a white, ivory to a lavender and leucistic to a purple albino where you're more likely to hatch a white albino than a purple? Hope that makes sense.
Bravery is not the absence of fear. It is the ability to operate effectively while scared sh*tless
