These are my ATBs, they will be ready to breed next year, can't wait! :D
These are some of the most amazing and rewarding snakes to keep!

Yes, well mine are but with frequent handling, like most boa species, you will be able to handle them with ease but if you intend on getting one that you want to handle then get a young one so if you do take a bite or two it isn't as bad as an adult and by the time they are fully grown they are tame.

Very cool.I was looking at some of Fooble pics and I think he is one of the best at taking pictures, imo

I had 2 youngish ones. It feels like a needle sting and itches for a few seconds. But then it is all fine. They got longer teeth on the sides underneath. That is what got me everytime!hehe But they are still nice!!!!

Ive had my female ATB for about a year and a half have never been tagged yet.

i think it varies from animal to animal really.

Yeah.. But when they are young, all they have in their heads is: ''This HUGE thing is going to kill me'' BITE!!! hehe Man!!! I love snakes!!!! But like you said Tyrone I also think it varies from animal to animal. :)

Fooble you are the master when it comes to the camera.

I get a strike or two every time I handle mine however actual bites are becoming less frequent and I actually don't mind getting tagged because as marcel says better when they're young :)

Nice snakes!

Im really only into chameleons but whenever I see these guys I just really want to get some.
Will have to start saving and hopefuly get some nice ones.
How long do these snakes take to mature?

well the norm is 2 1/2 to 3 years of age, these 2 should breed next year and i will hopefully have some babies for sale.
