Baby ATBs at last

Baby ATBs at last

Postby Daniel_the_General » Fri May 18, 2012 5:57 pm

Check out these stunning babies , I have been waiting for quite some time after the first clutch were all still born .
Apparently it is fairly common among tree boas , but it is devastating .
Anyway these were all healthy and stunning colours

How many in the clutch? Is it prefered to have animals with less pattern?
If I'm gonna be an old, lonely man, I'm gonna need a thing, you know, a hook, like that guy on the subway who eats his own face. So I figure I'll be Crazy Man with a Snake, y'know. Crazy Snake Man. And I'll get more snakes, call them my babies, kids won't walk past my place, they will run. "Run away from Crazy Snake Man, " they'll shout!”

There were 6 in the clutch plus 1 stillborn and 5 slugs , which the mother ate straight away . I think that the less patterning the better , but who knows these days .I will keep 1 of mine back and have swapped 1 with Byron to keep and the rest I will sell . it would be nice to see how their colour progress but we will have to see .
