Litoria chloris

I'm not very clued up with frogs.
Can anyone tell me if Australian red eye tree frogs (Litoria chloris) are available in S.A and of course if they are legal to keep.
And if they are, where can I get some, and how much?
Otherwise what other tree frogs are available and who's got some?
A hen is only an eggs way of making another egg.
