Hey Manson,
Don't know much about Tanzanian frog but it's definetle a Hyperolius sp. if it was found in Rwanda I would say H.viridiflavus but I speak under corection, in what Biome was it found ?

It looks like Hyperolius glandicolour ferniquei.
It does form part of the common reed frog complex, along with H viridiflavus spp
