Some recent finds. Gecko ID needed

All of the following photos were taken within 500m of our house.

Bushveld Rain Frog (Breviceps adspersus).

Red Toad (Schismaderma carens) showing nictitating membrane.

Common Purple-glossed Snake (Amblyodipsas polylepis).

Common River Frog (Amietia anglolensis).

Common River Frog (Amietia anglolensis). I only saw the ripples on the water when I got back home.

Here is where I need some help. I found this beautiful gecko last night. I was just in time to see its tail disappear under a rock. I think it might be the Van Son’s Gecko (Pachydactylus vansoni).

The gecko was very relaxed and did not at all mind being picked up.

Thanks for the help.

I fixed your pics.

You are doing something wrong when copying the image URLs. Instead of being "http://www......." yours are "http://1.1.2.3/bmi/www........"

Not sure what the issue is.

Great finds. Yes the gecko is P. van soni.

Thanks for the pictures and ID Wes. I’ll get it right next time.

I changed the white balance for the Van Son’s Gecko pictures. I think it looks a lot better.
