Reptiles found in the Kruger Park

I spotted all these reptiles while driving through the Kruger Park recently. Sorry for the bad quality pictures :oops:

I think the tortoise is a Bells hinged tortoise (Kinixys.b.belliana)

The skink is a Five-lined skink (Trachylepis.q.quinquetaeniata)
The best things come to those who flip rocks.

I was in Kruger 2 weeks before you and only spotted Leopard tortoise and a Mozambique spitter.
did you by some chance get out your car to photograph the Reptiles :?:

Yip, thats a female Rainbow skink (or five lined), I don't thats a Bells but a different hinged tortoise, Natal or Speke's.

no zeek i was still in the car thats why i think the pics are not great quality from the car shaking. Just with the five lined skink (thanks for the name guys) that was at the one camp we stopped off at so managed to get close but the BHS looked as if a car had riden over it coz it had 2 marks on its body that seemed the length of a tire, but he seemed fine and moved quite fast

looks like that brown house snake took quite a beating on the one side!!
2:2 Pseudaspis cana
1:2 Dasypeltis scabra

And yes they are all on permit.
