Nice trip. The "Nucras" is actually a Trachylepis margaritifer, Rainbow skink, and I'm not even going to venture a guess with the thread snake. The "M.varia" is indeed a Variable skink, but they have changed names to Trachylepis varia instead of Mabuya varia. Same goes for Sundevall's writhing skink, which has changed from Lygosoma sundevalli to Mochlus sundevalli. Good stuff, and please keep posting!
