Do those screw in UVB globes generate a lot of heat? Or can they be used?

Thats what I am leaning towards Charlie but those bulbs are kinda expensive and the frogs won't really benefit from UVB light... But that is the right direction, it needs to be small, like a small candle light globe for example.
