Bitis nasicornis x Bitis gabonica hybrids

Interspecies breeding and 2 headed snakes are the type of thing that would be discussed here. We are aware that these are controversial issues and some people feel strongly about their opinions on them. Please respect each other's views and keep discussions amicable.

These are the first hybrids that I have seen where Bitis g. gabonica are involved. They are prettier than the hybrids which have B. g. rhinoceros genes in them.

These have a teardrop triangle under the eye as well as the line running from the eye to the edge of the mouth. They also have no horns whatsoever which I have not seen in the hybrids before.

Really pretty!

Thanks for your comments... :D

About week or two they offered an adult female of this hybrid in USA too, which came in import from Uganda as well... It looks there is more of these around in the hobby....

We will see how they change yet with growing, but I don`t expect any big changes already... will keep you posted.

Very nice colours.
If you don't have the time to do something right, where are you going to find the time to fix it.
