Those aren't both Ceratophora stoddarti are they? They look totally different,even if they are male and female.

No the first one is the Sri Lankan Mountain Horned Agama
AKA Rough horned lizard (Ceratophora aspera), in lowland rainforest, Hiyare
and the
Second one is Sri Lankan horned lizard AKA Rhinoceros-horned Lizard
(Ceratophora stoddartii), central highlands

I personally love the horn of the Ceratophora stoddarti. Looks like a elephant tusk. Almost a ivory look to it. It's bad but no one would find any of them. Not likely anyway.
