These photos where taken June this year so in reality my camera is getiing dusty... (mitton)

uncutdiamonds - Yes you do need permits in all provinces except Natal. In the Northern Cape you are not allowed to keep any indigenous venomous snakes(correct me if Im wrong).

But there are a few CB Bitis caudalis around that you can buy on permit.

What province are you from? As your location is not stated on your profile...
