Yeah, another Snoutie (Naja annulifera)

Postby mailjvdb » Wed Sep 15, 2010 4:49 pm

Caught this fella in a irrigation pipe today, what a hassle it was to get him out! took more than 1½ hours until he finally stopped battling! Cellphone pics, was to tired and excited to get one of the other cams, so excuse the quality. He/She has an excellent temperament, so gentle!

I'd guess around 1,2m. I'm glad as the people who spotted him actually wanted to kill it

Nice one. Well done.
And God has Created every animal from water, of them are some creeping on their bellies, some walk on two legs, and some on four. God Creates what He wills, for sure God has Power over all things. (Noble Quran 24:45)

Lol, If you guys are talking about me, I'm not that lucky... :)

I mostly find Cobras, and although they are so plentiful AND my favorite snake,It would be nice to find something different apart from the odd Herald and such.

Silly question most probably - but if that's Bush Baby then I take it - the gentleman is Bush Viper ? ( in the last photo )

There is something that is much more scarce, something finer by far , something rarer than ability.
It is the Ability to recognise Ability
