This photo was taken by a friend of mine (Mark jennings) while doing a trip into the kalahari to shoot wildlife and landscape. I wonder if the ground squirrel in picture is looking for his/her lost mate?

That is the best specimen(personal taste)of nivea I have seen in a long time!Must be amazing to see that in the wild.
