Congratulation.
I hope he has the same spunk as the other types of coral snakes.
If I'm gonna be an old, lonely man, I'm gonna need a thing, you know, a hook, like that guy on the subway who eats his own face. So I figure I'll be Crazy Man with a Snake, y'know. Crazy Snake Man. And I'll get more snakes, call them my babies, kids won't walk past my place, they will run. "Run away from Crazy Snake Man, " they'll shout!”

I cant complain, they have a great feeding response and they are so beautiful.

Its strange but they dont have a attitude problem like my Cape corals, they are still amazing animals!

How do the Namib's differ from their Cape counterparts?

They are subspecies of Aspidelaps lubricus, the coloration and size are the biggest differences and ofcourse distribution.

So now I finally see them! Stunning snake mate. In my opinion attitude makes this snake what is it. For the lack of a better word I would say the ones I have worked with are "colourful".

Agreed M, nothing like a small snake trying to rip your head off.

Colourful could probably cover the discription.
