I am desparate for photos of the following for my book 'Old World Vipers'

Causus bilineatus
Causus lichtensteini
Pseudocerastes fieldi

Also any shots of any of the Viperinae yawning/gaping showing how the prefrontals are peeled back when the fangs are rotated on the maxilla.

Also any shots of vipers (not pitvipers) feeding on lizard.

God! I'm burning the midnight oil again - books and forums are time consuming ;-)

Armata get hold of dragonfire as he has numerous A. nischei at home and is taking photos for a new article in the Ultimate Exotics magazine.

Possibly you could offer to write an article in exchange for the publication rights to the photo. Hint hint.
It is easier to ask for forgiveness than permission.

Those who are afraid to ask are ashamed of learning.

with out sounding like an a55hole, yes, i can

but they are still expensive, around 1200 usd each. There are CB breeding programmes at the moment where they occur, but as long as the germans pay a fortune, the price will stay in the thousands

Have now sorted Pseudocerastes fieldi.
So its just the Causus.
