Very first snake passed

At one stage or the other, we all deal with a death. It is never nice losing a pet and thus, you can share your loss with the rest of us and share your memories so that they will be remembered.

Very first snake passed

So I went away for a few days, and when I arrived home I was greeting by the very recognizable smell of a dead snake :(

I quickly began to check my racks and discovered it was my oldest (and first) female corn snake that had met her demise. Sad but not surprising as she was 18 years old.

Sorry to hear.
Sounds like she had a good life with you if she lived to be 18 years old.

Thanks guys. She was pretty pampered, last few years she wasnt able to constrict or swallow normal mice so she lived on a diet of a copius amount of fuzzies each week haha.
