Not an amphibian and not one of the animals mentioned yet.

Yip Snake kid you got it. There are numerous chameleons that have become invasive in Florida. The nicest being Oustelets chameleon and then also the Veiled chameleon. These are being sold at higher prices than any wild caught stuff because they are "home grown".

There are rumours that some dealers have actually established these species with the intention of harvesting them as required. They protect the locality because they also suspect that in some cases the import will be stopped and this way they can ensure to always have chameleons for the trade. There are also Jacksons chameleons breeding well on the island of Maui and these are more sought after than the Kenyan ones.

The impact that chameleons could have on the natural wildlife of Florida is debatable. They might cause problems for the brown Anole which is already an invasive species. Other than that I dont think they will create any unique problems like outcompeting an existing species. or cross breeding with any local species. They eat insects and a bit of vegetation so I cannot see them causing any harm.

This reptile is endemic to Sri Lanka. It has a long, pointed snout with a horn at the tip, which is flattened and leaf-shaped. This species has the ability to change its appearance to match its surroundings, a means of camouflage that reduces its risk of predation.

Haha...Thanks snake kid...

Here we go...

I've been known to science for about ten years now. I'm only found on one island in Indonesia and I'm extremely hard to come by in collections.

No to all of the above...

My common name is almost identical to my specie name and next to impossible to pronounce...I'm thought to be mildly venomous like other in my genus but little/nothing is known about my venom. The people who described me LOVES VODKA !
