Yes it can be yellow.
Its a pretty easy one, but all the good ones have been done before.

This reptile occurs in the forest of a certain area of Africa and is a master at mimicking lichen.

I have never tried ansering one of these before but m going to say one of the Leaf-tailed geckos (genus Uroplatus)
