After finishing cleaning and feeding for the night at about 01:00. I checked on some of the gravid live bearers and found these little guys... :D

Those are amazing. How many were in the litter?

Great to see something new.

As always, nicely done !

What would you start these on once they start chowing ?

Thanks guys !

Unfortunately my male seems to be a bit of a blank shooter so I only got 3 live, 1 stillborn and 7 slugs ! The larger of the females dropped more this season but also had a lot of slugs.

I usually start them on day old multi pinks or pink parts. They are pretty aggressive little snakes and usually tease feed without any issues.

Get a better male. They are not being bred in the number they should be. You know you can if you have a decent stud male.

If these are young, you can start them with just pinky heads. These will be football shaped and if you tease feed with these they will have trouble getting it out of their mouth and most will eventually give up and swallow it. I prefer this method for all small aboreal vipers. Good Luck.

Thanks Bob H i gave it a whirl last night in some darker feeding bin and so they both took pinks i only had to be careful not to startle them otherwise they would drop them but thanks again
ill keep on feeding them at night until they are feeding properly without any problems
