They looks like Cordylus vittifer or Transvaal Girdled Lizard.
If I may ask, where did you get them? They don't look like exotics, rather indigenous.
Depending on where you are based, collecting them from the wild would be illegal.
Taking care of them in captivity would be difficult too because of their preferred habitat which are rock crevices; very difficult to recreate in captivity.
The most common Girdled Lizard in captivity is probably Cordylus tropidosterum, possibly Google a few care tips for this species and use that.
