Got a few call-outs this winter so far, Snoutie, Puffie(2)...
... but by far the most beautiful BIG(55cm+) Aurora house snake, was this one a few days ago.

Caught in Randfontein.....

Wow, that is a nice find. Is that an old injury in the last pic?
Was it out or where was it found?

Thx, friends were cleaning up the yard when they saw her.(looks like a female)
In very good condition and I think it is the cloaca that you seeing in the last pic. Not good releasing her now as temp has drop to minus in our area so she will have to stay for a while. I have never saw one this big before. Will post some decent images as I had to held her with one hand and use the other to take the shots.

Thats a great find. She has some nice girth on her.

.... and now Mr G has a full message box of people offering the snake a good home.

Dont bother guys this snake will be released.
