Someone has contacted me from Bloem, he would like to attend a course. Does anyone know where and whom in the Bloem area offers the ID, First-aid and Handling course?

I know of courses in Gauteng, Western Cape, and KZN but none in Bloem. This person might have to travel to receive a certified course.
