Some staff at work found this pretty girls whilst moving some bagged plants around.

I don't usually find many of these snakes so it was something different, which is always nice.

Thanks guys, she was about 30cm. I battled to get here to sit still for measuring.

Beautiful snake, and in my experience these guys usually have a very laid back temperament. The ones I have caught during catch and release rescues have never tried to bite.

quick question, how do you see the difference between the variagted and cape wolf?
I can't make out the difference from the books much.

Other than the distribution i think it would be quite difficult, but honestly i wouldn't know. I've never found a varigated wolf snake. Do any of the other members know?
