Nice pics DK of an awesome species.
For someone who confuses this species with a Stiletto, the behaviour of the two different species should give a very good idea.
Ambloydipsas seems to always take on the posture you recorded so nicely in picture 2, coiling the body with the head protruding underneath.
And of course, no need for me to describe the Stiletto posture as you KZN uys know more about them than me!
Are you keeping this one? I am curious as to whether they can be converted to rodents.
