Hypothetical quesion

Postby Viper_SA » Fri Apr 18, 2014 7:02 pm

Like the subject says, hypothetical question. Let's say someone bought an indigenous snake, like a Cape Coral, captive bred specimen, but was unaware of all the permit requirements at the time. If said person would like to sell or trade that snake, what would the implications be?

His only option would be to sell it to someone in KZN, where they don't require permits.

Thought as much. I have convinced the bloke to donate the snake to a local snake park and join me in the Sand boa world
