Gravid (pregnant) Flap-Necked Chameleon

Hi there guys

I just got a flat-necked chameleon from people and she's pregnant.
I previously had a male and took great care of him.
I fed him small crickets in calcium powder and he had a waterfall in his cage (600x 600mm x 1m with mesh sides for ventilation)
I have the female in the cage now it also has a uv light and and a heated lamp in as well as plants and branched.
I would like to know is there any extra tips or advice that anyone has for a pregnant chameleon.
She immidiately started drinking water from the waterfall and im now going to give her crickets.

All advice will be highly appreciated.
Thanks
marelize :)

Most importantly you need to give her a decent DEEP substrate that she can lay her eggs in. If she retains them then they will swell and she will die with the eggs inside her.
It is easier to ask for forgiveness than permission.

Those who are afraid to ask are ashamed of learning.
