First Project Breeding: Ultramel Reverse Okeetees

First Project Breeding: Ultramel Reverse Okeetees

Postby Chantel » Tue Feb 07, 2012 10:33 am

This has been one of my special projects for a few years now, and yesterday the first clutch finally started to hatch. This little one is the first one to hatch, and although I'm very pleased with it, I'm still hoping for some with wider borders. Hopefully by the time I get home later, there will be some more out! This waiting is driving me crazy, lol!

And I'm VERY interested to see what this one looks like. I love the colour of the head!

Hell, but that's nice. I can imagine that in "high-white" form.

It just goes to show that hard work pays off.

Well done!

Thanks Westley. I've also got a ultramel clutch due to hatch soon from one of my super nice High White RO's - I'm really looking forward to seeing those babies!

Okay you should be home by now. What do they look like?

I am SO excited about this clutch. The most amazing looking babies came out late last night, and the dark "plum" coloured one is exquisite. Not sure why some of the babies are so dark, but I'm not complaining - they're gorgeous! All the red ones are ultramels, but just wierd coloured ultramels :D

Ok, here are some pics ...
