It's a large tank but I find if you put a water bowl directly on the heat pad your humidity will rise dramatically.

I would suggest another water bowl on another heat pad. Just my 2 cents.

I would suggest you only raise the humidity when the snake is due for a shed. Boas occur over a massive area in South America. The boas in South Africa are imperator of origin and they occur in the harsher environments in their home range.

This is the book that you need. It's not as straight forward as asking a question on a forum.

This book is easy to read and will answer all your questions. Spend the money on it. It's worth it.

Answer 5 depending on the wattage. They need to be connected to a proper thermostat though or else that does not help.

2 What should the humidty be at when they are not shedding? 65%

3 What should the humidty be at when they are shedding? 75%

4 Whats the best bedding for them? Newspaper

Next time research this a bit then the answers will come to you. Its not difficult.

How big is the Boa? I would recommend putting it in a smaller cage (length is good, but the rest is actually just a waste of space. Do you have any lights in the cage?

Well iv added a few more heating pads and so far iv got 5 heating pads total putting in a thermostat this weekend!
As for lights i have a florescent light in there and a red light wich i dont use much but im going to upgrade the red light to a 100w light just for when it gets to cold ill use it! Since iv putting more heating pads humidty is quiet good just not where i like it!

Have you thought of buying a humidifier from the local chemist. Place this inside a wire cage so the snake does not lie on it and switch that on for a few hours every day. These are the same ones used for children with chest colds.

Don't use the lights. They tend to dry out the air.

What has worked for me is to place a large water bowl on the cool side and a nother in the warm side, it could even be on one of the heating pads. By then my humidity is more than 80%.
A close friend of mine had a GTP in an exo-terra glass terrarium. Even with a fogger, that was on permanently, and an 18 watt heating pad he couldn't get the humidity high enough. He then covered the top mesh with a towel and the humidy was fine.
Perhaps by covering SOME vents you could increase the humidity.
