This is not good :( This will give more ammunition for the SPCA and other groups to ban our hobby or place severe restrictions on the hobby. Hopefully the recaptured snake will not be harmed.

This does not do our hobby any favours.

So when their cat comes into my garden and runs around on top of my bird aviary at night often killing a lot of prized birds - is that not the same problem?? There are a LOT MORE cat and dog issues (dogs attacking children), but nothing is done about it therefore they can get lost should they try and destroy our hobby!! Criminals are a far better target they should be going after.............

Unfortunately cats and dogs are not viewed as invasive species but people's companions, but reptiles are not viewed in this way due to negative propaganda by the SPCA, PETA and other like minded organisations
