Lol, I put the snakes in a thicker tube and then let them crawl throught the tube into narrower and narrower tubes. The snakes are often reluctant to enter a narrow confined space. I work the diameter of the tubes down more and more until its a perfect fit.
Its for Wolfgang and a couple other herpetologists. They are comparing the genetic varitions withn different locations accross SA. Apparently so far the cape region has a far higher genetic variation than others within south africa. I am going to try and supply about 50 samples from the PE area.
