1.1 Crotalus oreganus helleri

Some pictures of my 1.1 Crotalus oreganus helleri. The female is CB 2007 and the male is adult.
The one with the large rattle is the male.

Just a quick question...you don't find that the snakes have small cuts or bruises? I have heard a lot of people saying only smooth surfaces must be used in a cage.

My argument is that in the wild, everything is not smooth...

You have already given the answer yourself.

I do not like terrariums with only a newspaper on the floor...
In the 25 years i work with snakes, I've actually never seen snakes are injured on the rocks.
And if they hurt one time, after shedding a few times, there is probably nothing to see anymore.
