Freshly shed Rhino Vipers

Postby michael » Mon Aug 01, 2011 8:47 am

Both my Rhino’s shed over the weekend so I decided to post some pictures. I must say these pictures really don’t do them justice! Their colours are so much more intense and clear in real life! I’m really enjoying working with this species they must be one of the most spectaculars snakes in the world! :D
I hope you enjoy them anyway!

Thanks for the replies guys. If you guys like them in the photo’s you should see them in real life! My photography skills need some serious work so that I can really capture how beautiful these guys are!
@ Sico. They are fairly slow with the shedding cycles more or less once every four months, but they grow like monsters in that time!

Lovely snakes. They have to have a stress free environment though. Deep cages are the right thing for these guys. Hope you have lots of luck breeding them when they are big.
