crab spider bite!

Postby Jamster » Tue Oct 29, 2013 8:57 pm

Infant has been bitten by what I think is a crab spider. Their venom apparently has little to no effect on humans, but just to make sure I am posting here for input from you guys, thanx.

Quick input would be appreciated as you can imagine the parents are a bit freaked out, venomous spider or not.

No expert on spiders but that looks a bit like a hairy field spider to me.
