Thought you might enjoy this video of my adult female D. medici

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_E_KjJFOuA

I recently saw a D. gansi latericia(suspected, one of the yellow ones with black eyes that are coming out of Benin as of late) that was larger than her but she is about 120 cms in length.

Its always amazing when snakes eat the eggs from your fingers. I hope you get to breed her.

Hello Bushviper,

I did breed her in the past. She was a little smaller and laid 5 eggs. She slugged out the next year with 13(my guess is they did not mate at all) and shortly after the male escaped...So I am in the process of raising up 3 CB eggeaters and looking for a male. I recall they have different subcaudal counts are you aware of numbers?

How big are the biggest of other species?
All the Best

I have found a lot of internet stuff about these snakes to be untrue. Large adults are one of the best pets I've come across. They can tame down well as seen in the video...that female has been held by literally thousands of people without incident....shes been with me nearly 7 years.
