Hay Jordan, yes I agree with Tagged on the copperhead as an adult but not sure on babies.

Neither will kill you(apparently), but both will put you on the floor. Its like choosing the better of two evils.

What's worst being run over by a VW polo or a Toyta Yaris?

There have probably been deaths by pygmy rattlesnakes as well, just not recorded ones. Nobody knows.
I think fooble has explained it perfectly.

Hot is a hot ???
Well I def disagree with that !!
So would u rather be tagged by inland Taipan or a whitlipp tree viper ??
Or would u rather be tagged by a Black Mamba or a night adder ?

To be clear which copperhead? Austrelaps genus or A. contortrix
Just from the bite pics I would go with the Pygmy (Sistrurus miliarius). I have seen many digits missing as a result of the A. contortrix bite.

I agree with a hot is a hot, either way you never know how bad it is until you get bitten. There are so many factors that you cant assume in a bite to categorise which is worse.
You know, you can touch a stick of dynamite, but if you touch a venomous snake it’ll turn around and bite you and kill you so fast it’s not even funny.

Well please take a bite from one each on opposing limbs. That way we will all know this useless piece of information.
