Gbrown. There are a number of incubators that you buy but they work out very expensive.
If you make your own incubator then you know what size you can accommodate and how well it works. If you do the electrical stuff yourself then you can fix it if anything goes wrong or you want to check on settings.
There are numerous designs for home made incubators and you must decide which one will work for you.
Converted fridges, polyboxes, aquariums and modified tubs can all work.
Make sure you have a reliable heat source (preferably two) a reliable thermostat (preferably two) and good insulation combined with decent humidity and ventilation.
A sealed incubator also ensures that you do not get carrion flies introducing maggots onto your eggs.
It is easier to ask for forgiveness than permission.
Those who are afraid to ask are ashamed of learning.
