Mayan Temple Theme Beardie Cage

Mayan Temple Theme Beardie Cage

Postby xclusiv213 » Sun Jan 26, 2014 11:09 pm

Hi Guys, i started a new build for my beardie, based it on the Mayan Theme Temple that i found on Lizzard Landscapes.com .

Jus got two Questions, im almost complete, busy with the "sealing" and wanted to know how long i would need to air out the stuff i sealed before putting them in the viv and what is the best substrate for a sub adult beardie. Really scared about having sand, using paper at the moment. I used acrylic paint with pearl effect, and im sealing it with modge podge "non toxic-water based matt sealer".

I would wait a minimum of 24 hours for the enclosure to air out.

Just wait till you can no longer smell any of the paint or sealant.

I used a normal stanley knife. It worked really well with minimal mess. And I will post more pics later today of the painting stages and the final sealed stuff. Jus airing it out before I put them in the viv
