Keeping and feeding corns

I've stopped feeding hamsters, I only feed rat pups and I'm breeding mouse pinks for the newborn

Here's a thought..

Why not take Bicarbonate of soda (Baking soda) and Vinegar or diluted Hydrocloric acid or any other acid. Put rats in a bin,mix it, put it in the bin, close the bin and there you have a CO2 bin. It gives off huge amounts of CO2, which should be enough if you don't open the bin and maybe seal it with a rubber or something.

It could work, as long as it's not got any chemicals which can "stick" to the rats, or be inhaled by them, which could in turn be harmfull to your snakes.

If you use vinegar it should be fine. Can't you just rinse them off afterwards?

Yes, the rabbit pinks work wonders on a breeding corn. Unfortunately not all corns take them. One of my females would'nt touch them.

I think I should start keeping bunnies. I just think everyone in town will frown upon me feeding cute little bunnies to an evil serpent. I'll first have to build cages though. Around here I'll probably sell more bunnies than snakes, so I can keep all the snakes to myself.

Just remember, you can not feed rabbit pinks as a staple diet to corns or other colubrids. They will become obese.

Where do you guys get a regular supply of rabbit pinks in breeding season? I'd like to supplement my breeder females every few weeks, but have been unable to find some.
It's peanutbutter jelly time! GET SOME!!

I gave my folks some bunnies, and they used to breed like... well.... bunnies. Used to get a nice supply from them, but they got fed up of the bunnies. lol

Never seen some for sale, I have a few bunnies that supplies me with the pinks, I just don't tell them what I do with their offspring.

How many pinks do you get form a rabbit female? How long before the females become infertile? I don't know anything about bunnies.
