Is it normal for a corn snake to spend most of its time in its hides after eating?

Jip! Very normal. Some of my corns only come out about three days after eating, and when they do it is mostly at night or dusk. The only time I see my corns are when they come out looking for food, usually day three and four after the feed.

That is what she does. She only comes out very early in the mornings between 6 and 7 am and at night will we all are asleep

Depends. How long has it looked like thet? It could be about to defecate. Check it again in about a day.

It has been like that for a while but she could also be about to defecate.

Her tail is still like that. She did defecate recently but it is still like just without the yellow colour. And she is about to shed her skin.

My corn snakes tail looks like that... she is a 1.2m monster female and is a happy healthy snappy member of the family...

My snakes tail looks like that because she had weight issues... i.e. mummy over fed her she went on a diet and is now in her proper weight range, but the tail is still the same.

if your snake is eating, pooping, shedding regularly and is showing no other signs of poor health... I wouldn't worry too much
Its just one of those things you keep an eye on and make sure it doesnt change...

My corn had just shed when i went into my room to check on her so i took her out of her cage and saw a piece of skin still around her body just above her tail and now i see that her entire tail has not shed yet what must i do.
