I am lucky in that I live in Durban South Africa so I have not used any incubation.
The eggs are on a layer of Vermiculite in a 2ltr. ice cream tub and are subject to natural temperatures and humidity.

Incidentally, I checked on the eggs again yesterday and I reckon they have swollen to about twice the size they were when laid.

@ Nexus, if you don't object, I will post the two pics. Just after laying and at 38 days for comparison.
This will be done tomorrow morning.
Did you use normal scenting methods to get yours to feed on pinks?

cool. It is always a pleasure to see such pics.
I started with a light variant of force-feeding. Now I put a little piece into the mouth when opened. Works fine and the snake starts eating without any problem.

I decided to post the pics in a seperate thread.
My big challenge will be to get the hatchlings on pinks as I do not believe in force feeding.
Scenting would be my preferred method.

This is why I said : a light variant
I will describe it: You use scented or unscented mice. You do not open the mouth, but take the hatchling carefully.
If you take the mice to mouth, the snake will bite and eat.

I thought that little sucker looked awful familiar!

My male is Black with zero speckles, and the female is green with a ton of speckles, and all babies have been heavily speckled.

I need to get rid of a few projects and move these front row-center so I can focus.

I will post a pic of the little albino Herald just as soon as I get one to hatch. I has been willing it to happen every clutch thus far,, so we are keeping our fingers crossed.
I will have better chances when I breed siblings together, which I suppose might be the end of next year.

And No I am not working with animals that are known hets, Im just pouring on the wishful thinking THICK. :D

I have recently heard of a WC Albino Herald, so they do occur.
I am just like you relying on luck and Murphy for one to hatch.

Wow that is really dark. Our babies all have speckling on them when they are that size.
