Favourite Snake

Postby zanderdreyer » Sat May 01, 2010 8:42 pm

I would like you guys to post replies on wich your favourite snake is. It doesnt have to be venomous but can be.It can be any snake you like all over the world and offcourse I have to say my favourite snake is the Feas Viper. Just such a unusual looking viper.

Awesome.

Hope you guys reply.

Gaboon adder (Bitis gaboonica) and Madigascan Ground Boas.. They are the most beautifull snakes ever

I like bitis gabonicas cousin more. The rhinoceros viper (bitis nasicornis).

That snake has got the most beautifull colouring in the whole world for me but Fea's viper still stays my favourite.

Red-tail ratsnakes do it for me.
If I'm gonna be an old, lonely man, I'm gonna need a thing, you know, a hook, like that guy on the subway who eats his own face. So I figure I'll be Crazy Man with a Snake, y'know. Crazy Snake Man. And I'll get more snakes, call them my babies, kids won't walk past my place, they will run. "Run away from Crazy Snake Man, " they'll shout!”

Good stuff. Seems like there are more people that think like me...(i.e. crazy people :) ).

Herpetologist, the reason for picking them is probably because it is the only interesting reptile that we found last weekend in Ellisras. That and the fact that they are awesome reptiles.
